#ad s’mores cookie bars with my favorite @MadeGoodFoods Granola Bites #madegoodpartner #smores #cookiebars #Recipe granola bite crust: 10 packs madegood chocolate chip granola bites, crushed finely 4 tbsp salted butter, melted (56g) cookie dough: ¾ cup browned butter (170g) ⅔ cup brown sugar (133g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 egg 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) ⅓ cup crushed madegood chocolate chip granola minis dark chocolate chips, measure with your heart marshmallows for the filling extra melted chocolate + candy eyes for decorating the crust: crush the granola bites into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. press firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and set aside. the cookie dough: whisk the warm browned butter with both sugars until glossy. add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla, then whisk until smooth. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until almost combined. fold in the ⅓ cup finely crushed granola bites and chocolate chips. press about ⅓ of the cookie dough over the crust, add a layer of marshmallows, then flatten the remaining dough and place it over the top, covering the marshmallows. bake at 350°f for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cookie layer is baked through. let cool before decorating. the decorations: gently melt extra marshmallows until stretchy and fluff-like, then pull apart small pieces between your fingers to create the spiderwebs. dip 4 granola bites in melted chocolate and let set. use more melted chocolate to pipe on spider legs, then add candy eyes to the spiders! - @sugarspiceddreams
