Iliterally got dumped because of my bad breath. my ex told me he couldn't stand kissing me anymore, and that shit destroyed my confidence. I was so embarrassed I stopped getting close to people. eventually a dentist friend recommended kugig toothpaste and a water flosser. after about a month, my bad breath was pretty much gone. I swear mint toothpaste had me thinking my breath was fine for like 10 minutes then the smell came right back. braces make it SO much worse too. apparently zinc citrate can help with sulfuf compounds that cause bad breath and nobody thought to tell me that??

I knew a girl who had braces and she had little picks that had bristles on them that she was supposed to clean it in between each little bracket thing to keep food from getting stuck in them. if food stays stuck in them, it will ruin your teeth whenever they take the prices off you'll have a line across all your teeth from where that food has been the whole time that happened to somebody else i know

I work in dental care and pis listen braces trap food and plaque like CRAZY. that can mean bad breath now AND white spots on your teeth later. zinc citrate helps with sulfur-related breath odor, hydroxyapatite may help with early enamel damage, but neither is gonna clean between your brackets for you lol. floss, interdental brushes and regular cleanings matter So much
