Forrero rocher *inspired* weetabix recipe: 2 weetabix 120ml milk of choice ( I used soy) 130g greek yog (or dairy free alternative, I used Alpo greek style) 15g choc protein (optional)* 1 tsp cocoa powder or hot choc powder 10g 70% melted dark choc 1 big tsp chopped hazelnuts raspberries (of course not usually in a Forrero Rocher but I love fruit in the morning and they're a great source of fibre) *if you skip the choc protein then add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup to the yog along with double the amount of hot choc powder.
