How did CGI look this good back in 2009? This scene shows just how far visual effects had already come in late-2000s sci-fi filmmaking. The detailed mechanical design, reflections, lighting, and movement still hold up surprisingly well today. 🤯 What’s crazy is that this was created more than 15 years ago, long before today’s AI-generated visuals became mainstream. ⚙️ It’s a reminder that great CGI isn’t only about technology — it’s also about lighting, materials, animation, and incredible attention to detail. 👀 Did you expect this to be from 2009?
