ᴚƎ⊥⊥Iᗺ 🔷 𝙒𝙄𝙉𝙀🍷🇺🇬 :
The initiative of distribution is promotion to raise awareness . Of course People will be aware and they would like to get it with time. First teach people who doesn't know about the Gas cooking how to use it. Why passing directives when not yet prepared. GAS is imported why don't the government extend electricity to all Villages in Uganda than exporting it to other countries Imagine KARUMA Power. has a substation in Nebbi Thatha Division. and the power is going to SUDAN. Yet Ugandans In Westnile has no power deep in the villages But they have the Most powerful Power substation in Westnile. It's seems they are some with in this government that want it to fall because this matter of Charcol will Unite all Ugandans .
