If only his company didn't steal from my small charity in San Diego. We could use great products and services in the hands of people who care about people. Here in San Diego we have some of the brightest minds but also the deadly sins run amok. Tesla Cybercabs are helping speed the ranks of the unemployed and they don't even pay for CA DMV plates (Waymo at least does). Billionaires and trillionaires keep lying to the working class and poor and innocent children that very "soon" the post scarcity economy will arrive and then we won't kill people or let they die for lack of basics that are free or cost dollars a month. Sci fi is often prophetic and we are living in Elysium basically. Ultra wealthy gladly separating themselves from humanity and some actively planning to cull the world of much of the population here thinking a small slave class will serve them and robots and AIs doing the rest. Tesla hired a man who assaulted an elderly woman and when that employee got fired and went on to murder people Elon blamed the U.S. for all of it. I hope that he realizes what another business tycoon immigrant to America did "The man who dies wealthy dies disgraced!" Andrew Carnegie He realized that GREED is a deadly sin and that the "love of money is the root of many evils" because indeed we can not take any money with us and there are consequences to choices in this life and the next. I get why many have left California but it's not as if the people left behind here aren't worth being treated with basic dignity and respecting the rule of law. The USA for far too long has embraced and celebrated all of the deadly sins destroying innocents and innocence here and abroad. Over reliance on technology will soon prove futile to more with things coming.

I love the fact that a genius like Mr Musk can fail and then pick himself right up and do it all over again and be the winner he is. It’s an amazing American success story.
