@pro.glitch: How to automate your entire business (the right order) Most people open a tool and automate the first annoying thing they see. They end up with a fast mess. Here's the order I use for a client. I'll show it on Northline, a small marketing agency. Sara runs it with six people. 1. Map it. One sticky note per step, written the way the work actually happens. 2. Sort it into four colors. Green is the same every time, so it becomes a regular automation. Blue needs reading or writing, so it gets an AI step. Purple has to choose, so it gets an agent. Orange needs a person, so it stays with Sara. 3. Build it. In n8n: a late invoice chaser with no AI. A lead flow where the Information Extractor pulls out the fields, a code rule picks the package, and Sara approves the draft in Slack before anything goes out. An agent with calendar, sheet and Gmail tools and hard rules. 4. Tie it together in Claude Code: CLAUDE.md for the business, a skill for the monthly report, and the n8n MCP so Claude can build the workflows for you.
