I don’t think people understand that this ending wasn’t fully happy. Talia is still heading into her deathbed, D is probably (most likely) dead, and King is EXTREMELY depressed and losing Talia will most likely send him off the edge. Don’t get me wrong the ending still is happy but it’s the equivalent of finding gold in trash (You’ll be happy for the little things)
