@hamila.app: Looking for a rare Muslim baby boy name? Save Khubaib to your list in Hamila Pregnancy Tracker 🤍 If you love names that carry a story, Khubaib (خُبَيْب) is one worth knowing. Khubaib ibn ʿAdi رضي الله عنه was a Companion of the Prophet ﷺ who was captured after the expedition of al-Rajiʿ and taken to Makkah, where he was eventually killed. Before his death, he asked to pray two rakʿahs. He kept them brief, explaining that he would have prayed longer had he not feared that his captors would think he was afraid of dying. And when given the opportunity to wish that the Prophet ﷺ were in his place instead, Khubaib’s loyalty remained unwavering. His story became one remembered for courage, dignity and steadfastness in faith even at the very end of his life. Imagine giving your little boy a name with a story like that 🥹 Inside Hamila Pregnancy Tracker, you can discover Muslim baby names, explore their meanings and origins, and save your favourites while you decide.
