@kaitlinbrownofficial: Sometimes leadership isn’t about adding something, sometimes leadership is about letting something go💯 #leadership #america #buildamericafirst
What should be done if our brain and heart do not agree on it?

Dear Kaitlin,
Your words are truly inspiring, and your message about personal growth and overcoming life's difficulties deeply touched me.
But I have some questions:
How can someone truly move on from a painful past? How can they stop living with painful memories and find peace?
What practical steps can a person take to heal emotionally, let go of the past, and begin moving forward with hope and confidence?
I am asking because I want to help someone very close to my heart—my son.
As a mother, how can I support him without putting pressure on him? What actions or exercises would you recommend to help him begin his journey toward emotional healing?
I am considering encouraging him to start a personal journal to reflect on his feelings and experiences.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom and inspiring others.
