I started a makeup break bc my skin was so bad with breakouts and here I am 5 years later and the break never ended lol I used to NEED to cover my acne and it was just getting worse. One day I stopped and had to face being in public without my shield. It was like exposure therapy And eventually I just stopped caring what people thought when looking at my skin. Now when I do Do my makeup, it’s for me and me only and my break outs don’t happen as often at all
