so I have pulled a sarah but for me I was trying show i related. is she autistic bc I did that b4 being told what I was doing made others feel bad. I didnt know that my trying to relate would do that. I had to have someone break it down for me. I still suck at social interactions but I try really hard to fix my mistakes. I mean hell im low-key doing it here for a reference 🤪 . she might have other things going on like autism or maybe she might just be a narcissist.

I had a friend group that also kind of ended because a new partner was getting too involved. we just weren't the kind of friends that always brought our partners along, and we always made that clear between us that we enjoyed time to just be friends together. so they just ended up having out with us less, and that inevitably resulted in them missing out on things or not always knowing new information super fast. when they brought this up during a rare hang out I mentioned that we just communicate and make plans in person sometimes, not always just in the group chat. they got pretty upset by that and we soon after that stopped hanging out as a group all together. me and one person are still really close, I'm going to be in their wedding next year, and we still lament that we are the friends that really want the distance lol

The worst part of the problem is that people think only they are bothered and the rest of the group isn't, but in the end everyone is bothered, but nobody speaks up for fear of not receiving support

Maybe she’s trying to impress the friend group. It can also appear condescending, definitely looking like she always has to one up. IMO, it should have been a convo between bob & the friend group. I would make sure you all agree though.

Honestly they should've said something immediately. Someone should've asked bob to not bring Sarah to group hangouts. Like y'all are adults. Use your big boy/girl voices.
