I have been sober 3 1/2 years after almost 2 decades of trying to quit with AA and multiple rehabs and THE ONLY thing that truly worked wonders was Naltrexzone. cravings went bye bye. however it caused me to have horrific nightmares for a few months. but I wanted sobriety so bad I dealt with the nightmares
