ah but officer what I know is that it is in the regulations but in Ghana we try to massage certain things so what initially I know is that with this seat belt thing it's most checked on those at the front that is the driver and the co-driver... our system is not fully there. then almost all the trotro in Ghana will be grounded 😂😂
