Hey so “just hitting the ground” fractured my spine! Just received my powered wheelchair for the coming months. Unless you want the potential same for your child, I suggest you advise her not to do things like this and always require a helmet when mounting a horse.

if i wasn’t wearing a helmet when i had my last riding accident, i would be dead. i landed directly on my head and was knocked out cold, my mum found me having a seizure, choking on my own tongue. if you care about your child, get her a helmet.

Put a helmet on that baby please 😭 coming from someone who landed head first with a bad concussion at age 6. We had serval horses and were very comfortable too. Never worth not protecting the head ❤️
