I have been dealing with hormonal imbalance, hospital gave me birth control pills for it, when I wanted to renew it, I went to a pharmacy, luckily for me I met their specialist, I spoke with him, he said I was just complicating it that I shouldn’t be using it, he said it won’t sort, it will only extend the time and at some point it’s going to become worse, he prescribed what to use and all, guess what it’s better

let me come in sir so you are saying that if someone has been having persistent and refactory fever for like days that didn't resolve that needs sensitivity investigations like blood culture and blood test, and so they should just go to pharmacy and take another spectrum of antibiotics and be increasing their resistance to antibiotics right? So if they are having severe abdominal pain localized at the right upper quadrant or right illiac fossa with a rebound tenderness so they should leave scan and CT and go straight to pharmacy to take NSAIDS that will impose more harm to the liver and also the appendix? what if is a ruptured appendix... what if the person is having an ectopic pregnancy? They should come to a pharmacy and take a pain relieve?

I talked about it last week and people were surprised with my post. I didn't see my period for the number of years I Used Amlodipin and lisinopril I literally stopped and my BP doesn't Exceed 125/80 or 75 anymore,some days it's even 110/80. General hospital nearly killed me with Ulcer drugs and I didn't even have ulcer only complained about chest pain last last na private clinic I go and it was Statin cause of high cholesterol I took

Amlodipine and renal failure are 5&6. Most patients I encountered with renal failure were started off with amlodipine upon diagnosis. I don’t know how we can cub its use as a first line antihypertensive. It’s dangerous. Diovan and co-diovan leaves your glomerulus quivering like they’re on a musical scale to attain one time pitch no one has ever heard of

plz i am taking BP drug Lisinopril 5mg but normally my BP is always within 130/95 that is if i don't take my Drug but if i take the drug it will fall down to around 110/70 advice me on who to do because am scared i believe i am not as active sexually like i use to before now. i am just 40yrs . one doctor from ENT department said to me " he don't think I have hypertension"

I have that philosophy they said I have gerd but all the medications aren’t helping me at all, they’re just patching the issue and not fixing it and I fear it’ll have a bad side effect on me in the future 😭

My mom has been on both medications, metformin and amlodipine for a few years, she barely feels anything. So I think I agree with you that the neuropathy was triggered by the metformin. She can’t feel when you pinch her ankles to feet or wrists to palms. Scary

I will fault you on this. Changing Amlodipine for Nimodipine, instead of other CCB's is not an ideal practice according to guidelines. You do this??

I disagree on this sha So what's your point? People shouldn't go to the hospital or people shouldn't take drugs? So what is given in the Pharmacy, pure-water, is it not still drugs that is given in the pharmacy, ehen moving man. Nimodipine is not a first class drug for Grade 1 hypertension, but reserved for SAH(Sub-Arachnoid Hemorrhage) and Hypertensive crisis..
