@stanley.tucci: One recipe, two courses that are perfect for the autumn. This one was created by my grandfather Stanislao. Linguine con topolini, veal rolls filled with garlic, provolone, pecorino Romano and parsley, cooked with white wine, stock and celery leaves. The sauce dresses the linguine for the first course, then the veal rolls are served separately as the second. Or, if you’re impatient, eat the whole lot together. Topolini, incidentally, means “little mice”. Make of that what you will. You’ll find this one in The Tucci Cookbook, along with a lot of my family’s not-so-secret recipes.
