I have these dreams regular it pains me waking up to live without him here anymore he passed away on the 13th August just 10 days after my wedding anniversary then I had to take care of my mum she had Frontotemporal dementia and she passed away 449 days after my dad on the 5th November last year 💔

I dreamt my dad came down the stairs and I gave him a hug. I smelled him and felt him. I told him I loved and missed him. I knew he had gone but I was there with him for a few moments. Then he was gone again. It felt amazing.

I changed when I lost my dad. Haven’t found the old me since and I doubt I ever will. My children have now lost their dad too and both are suffering. It’s so hard 😢

l remember my husband crying in his office . when l asked him what was the mater . he couldnt get the words out just pointed to the speaker this song was on he just lost his dad . so when my daughter has her wedding this was in with a mix of his songs barry white . l am glad that he got to dance with his daughter to this song in a box at the wedding as not long after he got diagnosed with mnd . he is sadly not here with us but always remember the office and my husband when this come on l am the one in tears now with this memory . ❤️
