I don’t know where you’re getting your statistics and I really don’t care because whatever point you’re trying to make seems pretty meaningless to me, but if you look it up 20 to 25% of first time bar exam takers fail the exam. And that’s a real life statistic.

I passed two state bar exams at the same time and I can tell you that there’s no shame in failing the bar on your first try. Bar exam is a test of your knowledge of that state’s laws over a bunch of different areas. you weren’t taught most of that in law school. I had the luxury of living for free in my parents house while I studied all day for six weeks. Anyone who’s got a hold down a job while getting ready for the bar exam has got one hand tied behind their back. Yale law school is far away the most difficult law school to get into. The worst student at Yale could still get into any other law school in the country. This isn’t really even a TikTok worthy topic.

It's meaningless where you go to law school in passing the bar. I went to a small law school in Illinois and passed it first try. It's more about your method of preparation and test taking skills.
