Anyone poor; blankets and pillows make a great alternative for no extra cost. And playing while being held sitting (looser but firmly) by an adult is one of babies best ways to develop balance and ab strength. Don't buy dumb fad shi. Take the money for the dumb seat and put it in a longterm saving for the baby instead.
