he's still wrong... the investigation is about if she was 17 or 18 when she received naturalization citizenship from her father gaining citizenship. if she was 17 she'd get naturalization purely by being his daughter, if she was 18 then she'd have to do all the naturalization steps herself independently from her father's status.

That’s not the case. The case is whether she was 18 upon getting her citizenship from her father being a citizen. Her father didn’t receive citizenship upon entering the United States as a refugee.
