This came up on my fyp and I also have an autoimmune disease and have taken multiple immunosuppressants that caused hair loss. I started oral minoxidil November 2025 and it’s been a game changer. I will post pictures of my before and current under this comment.

Honey your hair can be thin and fine. Thin is density and fine is texture. You have both. Try some minoxidil it’s scientifically prove to grow hair and reduce hair loss.

fine hair has nothing to do with density. you have low density hair, aka less hair per area on your scalp. it’s likely also fine, but it is thin at the core
