I'm charging 1 dollar per square foot if it's the whole house. if it's just that room I'm charging 1.25 labor only. they supply the paint paper tape and plastic unless I already have some then I just use what I got no extra charge. if I got some ceiling paint I'll throw it in for free as well. if it's in my van then it's already been paid for by another customer that didn't want to keep the extra materials. I always tell them it's theirs they paid for it. but sometimes they don't want it so I just use it for the next customer as a pay it forward.

$520 😂 that’s too cheap for 2 coats you need 3 gallons =$140 rosin paper for ground $20 a roll 2-3 rolls plus blue masking tape brushes rollers plus overahead plus profit how are you making money

No way… easy $150 in material. 2 guys $400 a day , the way u prep that floor add $50 between paper and tape .. the cost to paint that ceiling $600 not including gas and the rest

520 sf = $520.00 masking throughout, materials and labor. Makes sense for new construction. Repaint your leaving $ on the table. You should be at $2.00.
