Has happened to me. I parked and touched up my makeup. Brushed my hair, started listening to a story. All while they honked every couple of minutes. After about 10 minutes I acted like I was going to pull out. Then picked up my phone and acted like I was getting a call. Acted like I was having an animated conversation. Ask while watching them get more pissed off. I honestly thought they would have left by then. Nope, so I adjusted my rear view mirror like I was leaving again. Then got out of the car and walked back towards store. They just screamed in their car. I was prepared with oh I'm meeting someone here and they were late speech but didn't need it. They pulled off in a huff.

I try to be as kind as possible with parking. I even pulled out of a space once because a person told me that they'd been waiting for it.... but if somebody honks at me because I'm not moving fast enough for them, I will keep my car in that space until we both expire! 🤩

if someone asks me "are you leaving" or honks at me as I'm in my car, I will sit in that spot until I expire. now we're both gonna be inconvenienced because I have the time. I will put stuff in my boot and walk off again. I'll even stand there and drink water before I walk off, there's no need to be beeping at me to move.

I was going to say, from a Self Defense situation, she shouldnt have even gone to her car if someone was following her. About face and go back into the mall where its public. Dont let that creep know anything about you. Their gender or perceived task is irrelevant.

Maybe I'm the AHole here, but I would have never even started to back out. If someone followed me like that, I'd live in that stop all day, wouldn't even necessarily go back in the mall, but sure as shït wouldn't be leaving that spot!!
