@_patricia.ribeiro_: If there is a day trip you cannot skip, it’s this one 🇪🇸 Only a 1 hour drive from Barcelona, there is this spectacular mountain range ⛰️ with unique rock formations, which was once underwater millions of years ago. One of the highlights is the stunning monastery where you can find the famous statue of the Black Madonna (La Moreneta) 🙏🏼, the patroness saint of Catalonia. It was found in a cave on the mountain, and legend has it that the Benedictine monks could not move the statue to construct their monastery, choosing to instead build around it. There are 2 different funiculars you can take, as well a cable car 🚡 and lots of walking and hiking options.
