I crave steak when I have had chicken meal prep for too long. If I want sweet, I’ll eat fruit. I have the biggest sweet tooth but I know my body wants fruit when I want sweet food. I eat dark chocolate just before my period. But I know my body only wants chocolate because it’s used to having it just before my period. Our bodies are really cool. If I stopped eating chocolate I wouldn’t want it anymore after a little while.
