Modding a kei truck into a race car has got to be one of the silliest things you can do. You’re supposed to be able to flex the same or more cargo space than a modern f150 and not only do you not have that but your cabin is also a death trap because you made a race car on a chassis that has no crumple zone. The Bride seats and harnesses (please God tell me you at least HAVE harnesses) are only there for decoration. I bet you make a lot of supercar owners cry though

Shift that rad to a 45, and put some cooling ductwork on it like a roof scoop. should help with aero.
