Brian Cashman is to blame!!! Hal should grow a pair of balls and fire him. His father would have done it. Cashman got there in 98 with a team that was already made. He carried that until 01' when they lost to the D-Backs. In the (25) years since, he has spent $200M-$300M a year and only produced (1) Title in 2009. Anybody, would have been able to replicate that performance, he is a nobody with a big title.
