And they charge you a "Convenience Fee" to pay your utility bill online. It saves them money but they penalize you for paying your bill. Its really messed up.

I pay my bills via my bank bill pay, but I still want my paper bills to come in the mail. Now companies are charging to receive paper bills. Lowe’s is $2.99. My internet provider is $4.00. Every month. They’re going to force me into going paperless.

we have a mailbox but we don't get mail here it has our address for the house that we live in but all of my mail is designated to go directly to the mailroom at my company so that way the accountants can pick up the bills they deal with the bills and then Chris my assistant will bring me anything important and in the mailroom's job is to sort through with non-junk and deliver it to the correct apartments we don't have physical mail at our house we never will we don't like it me and my husband are a gay couple and we don't like having mail delivered because we won't ever open the mailbox it's just there as decoration it says literally no purpose but being a decoration that's literally it's only job I actually don't even think there's mail in it because I have rerouted it all to the company the one that I inherited when my mom retired my husband gay couple said to me honey have you got the invitation to this wedding and I go that would be a Chris question he goes your assistant and I go yes. he goes do you even know anything and I go yes how to sit at my desk and and do absolutely nothing for days unless I have a meeting or I'm talking to the employees or I'm at a job site like the construction company or the landscaping company I don't just sit at my desk 24/7 hours most days I will sit at my desk for 2 to 3 hours but I'm usually really busy but now I can't even tell you what mail looks like anymore it's been about 9 years since I've opened any mail because it's just not my department that's the mailroom's job and if it's something very important that I absolutely must see then they will bring it to me but besides that I don't want to see it I don't give a fuck about the mail 1-800 leave me the fuck alone that's my motto when it comes to paper I fucking hate it I literally had my assistant digitize all the paperwork I mean we still have physical copies in a concrete fireproof safe but besides that don't fuck with me I don't care enough
