DOORDASH DELIVERY FRAUD BANK EMPLOYEE CALIFORNIA. I picked up this Doordash order and realized I didn’t have my hot bag, so while they were prepping order, I went nextdoor to Safeway and bought a $6 hot bag. I was traveling a distance, and I am a stickler about delivering hot food. I picked up the order, and proceeded to deliver to the customer. She works at a Credit Union, and it was a HAND IT TO ME order. The instructions were “Leave with Teller”. I arrived early, and walked into the bank. it was very small, and no customers. There were two female employees. I walk in and said “Hello, I have a DD delivery for (stated her name).” The young lady to might right stepped to me and stuck her hand out. I said “is this your food?” She smirked at me as to say “uh duh, yeah”, and took the bag out of my hand. She ordered 8 tacos. I said, “great! Have a nice day.” I turned around and left. Marked order as delivered. Now, I ALWAYS take pics of ”hand it to me orders”, and when she smirked..I felt nervous. Then I told myself, “you are at a Bank, a financial institution, you are good. I didn’t snap a pic on my Time Stamp for the first time. I proceeded with my deliveries. My shift ended around 2. I happended to check my ratings, and lo and behold, I had a CONTRACT VIOLATION🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I couldn’t believe this ish! I headed STRAIGHT back to the Credit Union. I called support and attempted to dispute the violation. They told me to go through the app and dispute the violation. I said, “No sir, not today.” I walk in the bank and AGAIN no customers. Same 2 girls. I walked right up to them and said, “Hey!!!! remember me? I think you mistakenly told DD that you did not receive your food. I’m going to need you to call them right now and let them know there was a mistake.” Her: “Ma’am, I don’t know what your talking about.” me: OH! You don’t?
