After 30 plus years as a trauma RN working 12 hour shifts 5 to 7 days a week...I don't have to anything some days...and I don't! I used to feel guilty if I took a nap and then I remember how many days I went without sleep! I don't feel guilty anymore!

I have them often. My newest hobby has been perfecting the art of doing nothing as I want and getting things done as I need, mixed in with going to the gym and reading more. Quiet is good.

Retired and loving it! Work 40 + yrs. 6 days a week 10 hrs a day. First time I have actually enjoy life. No worry’s!! No One in my business. 🙂
