@cbspittsburgh: The University of Pittsburgh said a person is in custody after "threats" were made toward a department inside Wesley W. Posvar Hall on Tuesday afternoon. The university's Emergency Notification Service said in a campus-wide alert around 4:30 p.m. that the individual was taken into custody "for further investigation." It was not immediately clear what kind of threats were made or which department was targeted. In a 5:45 p.m. update, the university said officers cleared the hall, which was reopened, and normal activities resumed.
