@reyhandzeko: Episode 6 of Grocery Store Eats PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SANDWICHES Ingredients: Steak, thinly sliced Bell peppers, sliced Onion, sliced Mushrooms, sliced Provolone cheese Hoagie rolls Olive oil Garlic butter for the bread Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, & steak seasoning Mayo Directions: 1. Slice peppers, onions and mushrooms. Sauté in a hot skillet with oil until softened and lightly caramelized. 2. Thinly slice steak, season and cook in a hot skillet until browned. 3. Add cooked vegetables to the steak and mix together. 4. Layer provolone over the steak and vegetables. Let melt until gooey. 5. Slather hoagie rolls with the garlic butter and toast. 6. Spread the toasted bread with mayo then add a few sixes of provolone. 7. Pile the cheesy steak and vegetables onto the rolls.
