but how does perception and interpretation create reality, lets say in the 3d rn i see that its very cloudy and raining i think oh the weather is very bad etc and assign bad meaning or i change my perspective and think oh thats good weather and i can get nice and cozy i gave it good meaning but it didnt change what im seeing in the 3d that its still raining, with an sp lets say my sp hates me or whatever so i perceived that as negative and not good if i then somehow change my perception and interpret it as a good thing i changed MY mental idea but the 3d didnt he still hates me so hows my perception or ME assigning meaning going to change HIS perception literally in the external world
