@pakficial_news: The British government has announced the deployment of its fighter jets to help defend Saudi Arabia against increasing attacks by Houthi rebels, stating that the deployment is part of "additional defensive military support" for Saudi Arabia, with Royal Air Force Typhoon jets conducting defensive counter-air missions to protect Saudi cities and critical national infrastructure, while clarifying that the aircraft will play a purely defensive role and will not conduct offensive operations against the Houthis, and that Britain will also deploy a military transport aircraft to assist with the movement of defense equipment within Saudi Arabia and British military advisers to support Saudi officers, with UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace saying that the Houthis' continued attacks on ally Saudi Arabia are highly condemnable and that targeting Riyadh Airport in particular shows how far the Houthis are willing to go to increase tension in the region. #UK #SaudiArabia #HouthiRebels #DefenseSupport #RAF
