@racheltriller: Follow along for more! This is how I would have styled Taylor Swift’s hair for the Academy Museum Gala if I were her hairstylist. Taylor wore an icy-blue Dior by Jonathan Anderson ball gown with a crystal-embellished bow, pleating on the sides and a long train in the back. For her hair, she had soft, romantic curls that were slightly pinned back so we could see the STUNNING 32-carat platinum diamond earrings she wore as well! If you’re trying to recreate this look at home, I would use a 1.25in curling iron (I love my @ghd and @babylissprousa irons) and alternate directions with the curls. Finish with a flexible hairspray that keeps movement in the hair. @loréal paris usa Elnett Satin hairspray is a drugstore fav! There’s not a thing I would change about this hairstyle! I wish the bodice was different. With the straight cut of the top and the heart shape of her cleavage, I think a sweat heart neck line would’ve looked a lot better, more purposeful, and less like she’s being squished out of it.
