The daughter went to the bank to pull funds to help pay for the funeral! Anyone who has had to make arrangements for a death know you have to pay first before the funeral home will do anything.

I think the daughter went to the bank the next day because she already did not trust the stepmother. The stepmother is raising red flags. Plus the daughter paid for the funeral herself, she could of been checking to see what money was in the account to help pay for his services.
