You don’t have to. There are plenty of translations of the Quran. The problem with translation is can lose some meaning. Same thing with the Bible. It’s also a translation

That’s what makes Islam authentic. It’s still preserved in the original language of the prophet of the time. Nor those who lived under Moses (Torah) David (psalms) or Jesus (Injeel) PBUT have preserved their scriptures in the original language. In your 5 daily prayers you will pray in Arabic but you can talk to God anytime and in any language if you want.
