As a costume maker, I suggest that when you add the fringe to the bra put it on a dress form because fringe doesn’t stretch and the material does.

It would depend on the size of the yellow diamond. If it’s about the same size as the larger stones, I’d go with the smaller gems. But if the yellow diamond is bigger, I’d keep the larger gems.
