When I worked at Starbucks we had this guy who’d come through the drive thru and order 3 large iced mochas and then come inside saying he didn’t want mocha on any of them. This was during covid so we wouldn’t take drinks back so this was his way of getting 6 drinks for the price of 3. We caught on very quickly and stopped it but it’s so annoying.

I’ve never once returned food I didn’t like. I’ve just always said “well that sucked, guess I’m not coming back, or ordering something different next time”. 🤦🏻♂️

Oh, you had one of those too? We had a lady who would complain about her grilled cheese. She’d either have us remake it and refund her. Or refund her. Of course she would take the “burnt” sandwich. One day my general manager finally had enough and told her not to come back. Lol
