I used to feel like I was going to throw up. really anxious when I'de go to church when I was young. My mom would tell me that I had a demon and thats why I needed to go 😭. As an adult I've gone and still get anxious and feel judged.

it hurts my body. the overwhelming energy with all those people is unreal. it's also so ritualistic. if I go, for my mom, I spend the whole time trying to balance the energy, its exhausting.

When I used to go to church and I would leave after the service. People would literally try to fucking run you over in the parking lot. I’m like I cannot deal with these fake ass phones. I just can’t do it anymore. It’s like didn’t you just hear what we were just talking about in church. It was nuts to me. I just couldn’t stand it anymore.
