@olivia.clairem: Even past peak foliage, Table Rock in Dixville Notch completely took my breath away. ⛰️🍂 If you missed peak colors this season (like I did!), bookmark this spot right now for your New England fall road trip next year. Standing on this narrow ledge looking down over Lake Gloriette and the valley is pure magic. 📍 Table Rock Trail — Dixville Notch State Park, NH 🥾 What to know for next year: • Peak Foliage Timing: Usually hits early-to-mid October up in northern NH—plan ahead because it peaks fast! • The Hike: ~1.5 miles roundtrip. Short, but very steep. Take the gradual side trail if you want a gentler climb. • The Drop-Off: It’s a sheer vertical cliff with narrow footing, so definitely skip this on super windy days and wear real hiking shoes. 📌 Save this so you don’t forget to add it to next fall’s itinerary!
