Heres for anyone who struggles!im dyslexic so this helps me alot "their" is for like "their stuff" or "their food". "They're" is for "they are" basically like "they're wearing green" or "they're talking about—" and "there" is for "there is some stuff over there" and "there's the thing" hope this helps ^^
