This is because the Big Beautiful Bill cut the subsidies that insurance companies were getting to administer the Market Place (government sponsored) insurance. Wait until you see what cuts they've made to Medicaid affecting the poor and the elderly.

you have the big beautiful bill to thank for that one, Medicare and Medicaid payments have been cut,which hospitals rely on and marketplace insurance does pay a high enough rate of reimbursement to make up the shortfall. hospital demanding a higher reimbursement is probably why the insurance won't renew the contracts. this is why voting matters. vote blue.
