it's unfortunately not a legally protected class (at least not here in the USA), but some people have gotten around this (and anti kink discrimination) using the 1st amendment (which covers all deeply held beliefs not just recognized religions)

this news is crazy to me. im not poly now, but ive been in poly relationships before. it's no different from staying loyal in a mono relationship to me. I never experienced hatred firsthand but my heart goes out to anyone that has. that's so crazy yo :(

Massachusetts has 3 towns that recognize polyamorous groups as legal family structures. Somerville, Cambridge, and Arlington have all passed town ordinances to recognize them.

its forcing a narrative of nuclear home and especially contracts. openly speaking its not wrong, its just expression. if anything it shows how the system is Weaponized against anything not approved. they need it taboo to keep the contracts going. because the state is in-between every marriage agreement, the make money of thier approval of the concept. intellectual truth isnits made up and there isnt anything wrong with it, this os the flaw of gov founded on religion, the religion comes first. the gov acts in the interests of the religious frame work, here a question who gave permission to take kids? the answer is simply gov, by treating everyone as a ward of the state, which means the state owns it all by proxy which is the tool used.
