35 years... thirty five YEARS. I've longed for the same woman. her touch softened me on day one. she showed me the beauty in this world. she birthed my two sons, greatest gift of all. I wasn't simply in love with her.. she was my everything. we fought with passion. we loved even in anger. we raised two amazing young men when we were both had fucked lives as children. I'll never be able to love someone else... I'd be lying. she's all I ever wanted and needed. and now, I must carry on without her. sunrises hurt my soul, they remind me of her beautiful smile. sunsets bring heavy depression because I know I have to lay down in our bed without her. everything hurts. I miss her so bad. my honey.

I lost him to cancer just 6 months before we were to celebrate our 40th anniversary. 😔 December 11th will mark exactly 4 years. I still love him so much; he will live on in my heart for as long as I live.
