@aimenghufran: Fresh, made-from-scratch Middle Eastern food in San Diego 🤌🏽✨ @Tahini We stopped at @eattahini and I LOVED how fresh everything tasted. They make everything from scratch in-house, including their sauces, and even bake their pita bread fresh every single day. 🫓 Here’s what we tried: 🥟 Loaded Sambusas — easily one of my FAVORITES. We tried both the chicken + savory sambusas and they came loaded with cheese crisps, tomatoes, red onion, hummus and their creamy garlic + spicy sauces. These literally satisfied my soul 😭 🧆 Falafel — perfectly crispy on the outside while still warm, fresh and soft on the inside. 🥣 Steak Shawarma Rice Bowl — you can build your bowl with your choice of protein and toppings, and we went with the steak shawarma. So filling and flavorful! 🫓 The Esquire Pita — chicken shawarma stuffed into their fresh pita with fries, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic + tahini. THIS was so damn good. The fresh pita makes such a difference. 🤌🏽 If it’s your first time at Tahini, I would 100% start with the loaded sambusas and The Esquire.
