@hiemilynoelle: 📍Columbia, SC The shooting happened just after 7pm, inside the apartment complex near the playground. Law enforcement officials with RCSD and CPD are on the scene. The entire playground is blocked off with crime scene tape. I know at least one person was taken to the hospital by ambulance with a police escort. They were running code so it must’ve been serious.
