@jik_609: First of all, this post is NOT about blaming or coming for any of the actors or actresses in Scarlet Heart Thailand. We’re talking about our traditional Burmese attire, and nothing else. The costumes featured in this series aren’t just similar to the traditional Burmese outfits worn during the Yadanabon Era (Late Konbaung Period, 1857–1885) ရတနာပုံခေတ် (ကုန်းဘောင်ခေတ်နှောင်းပိုင်း) they look almost IDENTICAL. The fact that the production team seems to have used our traditional Burmese attire instead of their own traditional Thai clothing is honestly concerning. And no, this is not something we should just ignore or brush off. I have nothing against the cast, but I absolutely do NOT support this. Our culture and heritage deserve recognition and respect.
