There's no need for any tutorial. Players are not stupid. Every single time you treat players as if they were stupid, they're gonna hate your game even more. Allow people to discover. Build worlds that are self explanatory, and UIs that are easy to navigate. People don't need guidance, they need good world building and good interfaces.
